Recycled polyamide/polyester

Recycled polyester is often made from PET bottles and produced using a special recycling process. The robust and durable material is crease-resistant, easy to clean, flexible and requires less production energy than cotton and conventional nylon. One tonne of recycled polyester saves around 5.7 cubic meters of waste. Recycling offers enormous potential savings in terms of energy and resources such as crude oil, which does not have to be extracted again. Compared to the original production process, more than 90 percent of water can be saved.

RECYCELTES NYLON recycled nylon / polyester
Nylon (polyamide) is made from old, collected fishing nets, among other things. Nylon waste is returned to its original structure and a 100% regenerated nylon yarn is created. This not only protects the oceans and marine fauna such as dolphins, turtles and whales, which become entangled in the nets, but also saves energy and raw materials. This is our contribution to making the endangered habitat of these animals a little safer.

RECYCELTED POLYESTER
Recycled polyester is obtained through a special recycling process, for example from old PET bottles. The hard-wearing and durable fabric is crease-resistant, easy-care and elastic and requires less energy to produce than cotton and conventional polyester. One tonne of recycled polyester saves around 5.7 m3 of waste. Recycling offers immense savings potential in terms of the energy and raw materials used, such as crude oil, which does not have to be extracted again through recycling. Compared to initial production, up to 90% of water can be saved.
