How does the application as a distribution partner work?

Send us a short description of your business (location, assortment, online presence) via the contact form or directly to friedlin@elemente-clemente.de. We'll get back to you within a few working days, clarify any open questions, and — if it's a good fit — arrange a first meeting or showroom appointment.

Is there regional territory protection?

When selecting our partners, we ensure a sensible geographic distribution so that no direct competing situations arise. Contractually guaranteed exclusivity for specific postal codes or cities is handled individually — depending on the region and the depth of the relationship.

What delivery and payment terms apply?

Pre-orders follow the classic seasonal schedule (SS in January/February, FW in July/August). Re-orders ship within 3–10 working days subject to availability. Payment is standard 30 days net from invoice date; first orders may require advance payment — we'll discuss the exact terms with you individually.

Can I order samples as a retailer?

Yes. Once you've been onboarded as a partner, we provide sample pieces — either individual samples for shop windows / lookbook shoots, or a small collection selection for on-site presentations. We'll arrange terms and return policy individually.
