Through our collaboration with Coleo®, the producer of our recycled twill, textile waste is transformed into garments of the future. Our aim is to promote a circular and sustainable industry with the highest quality, transparency and measurable traceability. Coleo® uses a local and scalable ecosystem in all phases of the recycling chain.
By working with Sardinian shepherds, we are setting an example for a more sustainable future in the fashion industry. Every garment made from this precious wool is not only a symbol of style and quality, but also of our commitment to environmental protection and social responsibility.
Pure wool is knitted to a high standard in Italy and then felted. Walk is the traditional, naturally water-repellent material used by mountaineers. It cleans itself, is very hard-wearing, breathable and very warm.
Linen has been our core competence for 30 years. We source our linen fabrics from a traditional weaving mill in Ireland and an Italian supplier specializing in linen.
All our organic cotton fabrics are GOTS-certified and come from controlled organic cultivation (KBA)
Recycled polyester, which is often made from PET bottles, is produced using a special recycling process.
Recycled wool and cotton extend the useful life of fibers that have already been processed. They are obtained from sorted and cleaned fibers.
Hemp is one of the oldest useful plants in the world – the noble fiber was cultivated in Central Asia and the Middle East more than 10,000 years ago. Now the raw material is experiencing a second spring and textiles made from hemp are enjoying a resurgence in popularity. No wonder, because they are soft yet robust, have a cooling, antistatic and moisture-regulating effect when worn.
The natural fiber TENCEL™ has very special properties, as it absorbs moisture, is very breathable, cools when warm and warms when cold. Irrespective of its ecological benefits, it is also very suitable for allergy sufferers.
